Nice rooms, good bed, great shower, useful fridge but no kettle. I used the dinning area boiling tap instead. Also the weblink (not an App so reloading is necessary) for the opening of all doors in the hotel is impressive but not perfect.

Hotel was easy to reach from the airport, taking about an hour with two trains and only 30 mins from the city centre. Staff could speak english so great for foreign visitors and are happy to recommend locations and give the best method for travelling if wanting to reach places. Hotel is completely automated by smart phone for the most part so you can get ease of access late at night and into your room in private secure means. Rooms were spotless on arrival and incredible comfortable beds and powerful showers with wide range of temperatures. Also home to one of the most gorgeous dogs that likes to wander around the lobby gently and be the best doorman you could ask for.

Only issue found was being unable to pay for the room by card when checking out remotely but there are bank transfer options for local German guests. For foreign, there is a Revolut option that saved our skin when having to leave for the airport before 6 AM.

Looking forward to going back again next time in Hamburg.

Inexpensive hotel with nice efficent rooms and a really good breakfast buffet for a decent price and good friendly service. The large dog barked a bit loudly but we took this to be his form of a warm welcome and a reply to my kids speaking in such a high pitch.

Very nice with cozy rooms, excellent service, pleasant staff and a good breakfast.
The garage was great too!

We will try to find reasons to return to Hamburg so we can stay here again!
