Dishes do not make any sense to me. Completely over done. I had a four course dinner. I actually didn’t really like anything. All in all all dishes had too many flavours overpowering each other..You can see the menu I had [picture].It really looked nice but none of the dishes were tasty and balanced. The espresso ice cream which was sour was really horrible.. they changed it up for me so that was nice but the damage was already done. To be honest I think the cook can actually cook but he should have more simplicity in his approach I give it three stars because I really liked the service.

The unfriendliness and apathy of the waitress ruined our evening. We felt truly unwelcome here. Fortunately we can dine out and spend our money elsewhere in the neighbourhood.

Very enjoyable.
Owner/barman spoke excellent English, useful for me as I sadly know very little German.
I had a lovely soup followed by my first schnitzel in years, excellent.
Had a very nice German white wine, recommended, all washed down by a great single malt.
I will return, soon!

Great food full with flavour. Made a quick stop on the way to Denmark. We jumped the queue around Hamburg and had a wonderful meal. Swift and kind service. Will definitely be back

Standart good quality food with twist or without. Everyone can eat here, some products (sausages) are produced in house, the service is very attentive and professional. The atmosphere is ok, nothing special but nice. Location not far from Altona adds some extra point.

A great place for lunch with two daily changing specials and a reliable standard selection, suitable for vegetarians and not the like.
Focus is on pasta with seasonal dishes available based on local vegetables.
During summer a terrace is available in front, though if you are a large group make sure to call ahead as it gets busy at lunch often!

Lovely place in a quiet area. Food was plentiful and tasty, not excellent but beyond decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was great. Recommended for intimate dinners or small group of friends.
