Ist mit dem kaputten Zuckerstreuer zu Ihrer Kollegin gegangen und hat sich entschuldigt. Hat auch nach einen Handfeger gefragt. Mein Kind ist 1 Jahr alt und sowas kann mal passieren, egal wie gut man aufpasst! Ich bin seit 16 Jahren Mutter und da passiert sowas mal, aber noch nie hat jemand so reagiert, wie Ihre Kollegin. Es geht mir auch garnicht um das Geld, sondern ums Prinzip. Ich finde Ihre Reaktion echt frech, über andere Menschen einfach so zu urteilen und dann noch die Geschichte ganz anders zu schildern. Ihr Ton ist auch nicht gerade in Ordnung. Aber naja, da merkt man ja schon was Sie von Kundenzufriedenheit halten. Alles gut. Ich werde definitiv diese Gastronomie nicht weiterempfehlen und nach Ihrer Nachricht schon mal garnicht!
