Very friendly staff overall. I came here to get my booster shot and I was at the wrong building, the security guy showed me where I needed to go. Then at the vaccination facility, the doctors were very helpful and informative.

Not to my liking. Two stars as there was one doctor who made some sense. Otherwise terrible, terrible. Would never, ever, go back there.

I know the health care systems in Germany, the United States, Canada and Thailand. I have to say that this hospital is in line with the rest of German health care. Of the four countries Germany has by a long, long stretch the worst health care system.

P.S.: Based on further experience with the hospital failing to provide outstanding test results in a timely manner with me having to call in to get things moving I consequently reduce my rating from two starts to one star. If I could I would give 0 stars. This is a bad hospital.

P.S.: Another thing that has only added to my negative view of the hospital is the fact that their website describes in nice sounding words what all is done (in a comprehensive manner) to diagnose my problem when in reality none of it was done.

The service in this hospital is the worst I have ever seen. Even after being one of the biggest chain in Germany, hospitals in a third world countries have better treatment. They might have world class equipments but I dont think anyone knows how to use them..

Only the Ambulance crew is nice in this hospital, when they put you in and leave, after that no carefully anymore , About my experience ????

Verry bad!! bad doctors, bad Assistants, had to wait 2h with pain. Would rather die than coming back.

Unfortunately, everything else is not good. My room - which according to the staff had just been cleaned - had dusty surfaces, stains on the tiles and a dirty toilet. The food is not edible at all, so I tried several times and then had to send the food back.
Another minus point is that hardly any consideration is given. Apparently they were mopping when I arrived so everything was wet which caused me to slip on crutches but there was no sign anywhere mopping. There was a similar situation with another patient on the ward.
I was also told that since I couldn't walk, I would be taken out after discharge, when the time came nobody knew about it, so I had to try to get out on my own, as escorts are currently not allowed either

All in all not that great. Only the friendly staff and the doctors can be recommended.

Einen Stern für das liebe Personal auf Station und einen Stern für die kompetenten Ärzte.

Alles andere ist leider nicht gut. Mein Zimmer - das lt. Personal gerade erst gereinigt wurde - hatte staubige Flächen, Flecken auf den Fliesen und eine dreckige Toilette. Das Essen ist überhaupt nicht genießbar, sodass ich mehrfach nur probiert habe und das Essen dann zurück gehen lassen musste.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist, dass kaum Rücksicht genommen wird. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde wohl gerade gewischt, sodass alles nass war, wodurch ich mit Krücken ausrutschte, es stand allerdings nirgendwo ein Schild, dass gewischt wurde. Auf Station gab es eine ähnliche Situation mit einer anderen Patientin.
Zudem wurde mir gesagt, dass ich, da ich nicht laufen konnte, nach der Entlassung raus gebracht werden würde, als es dann soweit war, wusste niemand davon, sodass ich alleine versuchen musste raus zu kommen, da Begleitpersonen aktuell ja auch nicht erlaubt sind

Alles in allem eher nicht so toll. Einzig das freundliche Personal und die Ärzte kann man empfehlen.
