Nice, there's two separate buildings. The guidebooks were helpful. I especially loved the placement of the relics from Hamburg and the bus stop system. Got bewildered with the skeleton too, I was so well preserved. Cool museum to visit.

The museum has some interesting artifacts but it's also quite small an has a 6€ fee for entry

Really well presented museum, i thought the ground floor was great way of having your kids interact with the findings of the region. Its a bit of a cross between art displays and fun way to get into some of the exhibits. If you have a free hr or 1.5 hrs it would be well spent. It even put little smiles on my 15, 16 year olds.

Really excellent. A dive into the earlier history of human civilisation. While the focus lies on times long gone, other, more recent events are also dealt with. From the invention and utilisation of fire to World War II.

Good small museum for young and old, filled with plenty of material and interesting exhibitions. but off beaten path but worth a visit.

Super small, nothing really interactive for kids, inexplicable layout, and generally seems to be an afterthought. For as far outside of the city center as this is, it isn't worth the trip.
