I want to give this hotel more than 5 stars! Amazing staff. Friendly atmosphere. I would like to stay here one more time. Excellent location, I recommend it to everyone.
Moreover they have very good breakfasts and dinners, that what I need .
Also they have flowers near the entrance, so cute )
I'm so satisfied, the manager does a great job. Thank you :)

I paid for the room before reading reviews and was really scared about it after reading them. But there was nothing horrible in this ho(s)tel and I think that 2.9 isn't fair. For a good price we got clean double bed room with private bathroom. Surrounding really isn't the nicest for a family trip, but you get what you pay for. In the night there was no noise at all (it may be worse some days, e.g. on Friday nights).

Location is right on the main strip, if you get a room at the front be aware it's party time until around 5am then the street cleaners are out. Rooms to the rear are fine for excess noise though. Room we're clean but make sure to ask for a towel as my groups only had 1 in each room. The staff here are really helpful also

Best : It was best in location
Worst: The rooms were dirty, in the beddings they didn’t put bedsheets. So you are supposed to sleep on mattress.

Overall it was not a hotel, it’s hostel where you find unprofessional staff and misbehaving guests.

WiFi was not working.

Hostel is ok, but very big (a maze, especially hard to get to the room if you have luggage) u0026 very very old.
Showers are from the 18 century, ours didn’t even have a hanger so we had to do juggles to shower.
After 3 times of complaining they changed our room…
Location / neighborhood is quite trashy

Feel really sorry for the poor service au0026o offers. No matter the "client support" number I call for my request, I am told it is up to another service to manage this kind of request without the possibility to join this new service.
Will never book in another au0026o
I do now understand the poor rating...

Staff is great and friendly, whole check in check out experience is super smooth, great location (it is the Reeperbahn so it’s not “traditionally” good). Needs lockers in the shared rooms and locks in the bathroom however
