An Americans review: What an amazing place to have a relaxing meal. I had the schnitzel with mushroom gravy and it was amazing. The beer was extremely good but then again you really don't find bad beer in Deutschland. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even for a loud family of American tourists. They gave us various forms of ice cream with a shot of liquor that has egg yolks in it. Kind of like a creamy egg nogg where you can taste the yolks. Since the alcohol used is vodka and not bourbon you can really taste the egg and cream. It's very unique and worth a try. They also made these fried apple rings served with ice cream. They were also part of the dessert at the wedding I attended here. So you can imagine the desserts are extremely delicious. The parking is a bit weird since it's at a dead end area. You will feel like you are in a residential area and shocked when you come upon the restaurant. The parking is limited and kind of wraps around the one way street in and out of the restaurant area. This place is definitely worth your time, I would come again for sure.

I'm a big Schäuferle fan. And I ate in many places, but here I must admit that it was delicious. I can put it on the same place with the one ate at Coburg Weste. Gold medal.

Kleines aber feines Lokal mit Stammtisch und Stammgästen, die jeden freundlich begrüßen und auch verabschieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und Aufmerksam. Preise waren völlig in Ordnung und Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Kleines Manko sind die etwas langen Wartezeiten bis das Essen dann mal kommt.

Fazit: Wer viel Zeit und nicht den größten Geldbeutel hat, ist hier richtig! :)

Ich war am Sonntag Nachmittag mit einer Freundin zum Essen dort und wir waren beide absolut begeistert! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und die wirklich nette Bedienung hatte uns auch Schäuferle empfohlen, sie meinte er sei sehr zart und lecker! Ich hingegen war weniger überzeugt da ich zuvor schon einmal schäuferle probiert hatte und es mir nirgends wo geschmeckt hat, dennoch konnte ich der netten dame nicht nein sagen und wagte einen letzten versuch! Ich kann euch nur sagen es war echt absolut FANTASTISCH, ZART USW dafür gibts keine worte eigentlich was ich da für ein Gaumenschmaus empfunden habe!!! Ich habe mich anschließend beim Koch Persönlich bedankt da es einfach extrem köstlich war mann hat nicht einmal wirklich ein messer benutzen müssen da das fleisch so zart war! Am ende blieb nur noch der knochen übrig und das obwohl ich eigentlich abgeneigt war es zu probieren! Vielen lieben dank nochmals für die gute Empfehlung und die preise sind absolut in Ordnung ich hätte auch mehr gezahlt! In dem sinne bis zum nächsten mal ich komme zu 100% wieder
