I ordered online and added a note for the restaurant to call me because my doorbell was not working. I was told food would be delivered within 50 min, but that it could be longer on a Sunday.
After reading some reviews I saw that it can take up to 2 hours. So at the 2 hour mark I decided to call just to make sure it was still coming. The man who answered the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. First he denied that there was a note and then he changed his answer and said they didn't call because it was an British not a German number (there are no roaming costs within the EU). He said that the delivery person had been there and couldn't find me. Of course not, my doorbell is broken!
He then asked if I wanted a refund or the delivery person to come back. It was nearly 9:30 at this point so I said I would just like to be refunded. At this point he yelled at me that the food had already been made and it was my fault.
I apologized for the inconvenience and said I would request the money back online.

I've been to eat there before and have to say that if you're going for the food, it is great. Just hope you don't have to interact with anyone too much.

Average food, unpleasant atmosphere and poor service. I've been twice, won't go again - and I live next door.
