Beautiful hotel.
Great indoor pool and gym area.
Breakfast was very good but go at least an hour before closing.
Smart TV in the room.
Room was great for a family of four.
Parking was big enough and it's located in a dead end so no noise.

Far from the city center, the lunch wasn't good and tasty, (for 10 days) got this Hotel for training they good for this.
No train station close by only bus from the main road, to Neurnberg city center it take 35-45 minutes. (Car 20 minutes).
Room are clean and tied, big rooms, soap, shampoo, towels clean everyday, water coffee, tea, shower rope, slippers, safe, TV A/C (weak point)

parking space is enough for all guests
swimming pool and fitness area for free!
great breakfast and nice bar^^

they also have someone coming to the hotel and offers massages????

This was a very special treat after staying in downtown nurembers. The secluded setting was the icing on the cake. Everything in our room seemed brand new. Very impressively clean. The staff greeted my 4 children with PlayMobil toys upon arrival. The rooms don't connect so that was a bummer but we stayed side by side. The GYM equipment is the best I've ever seen in a hotel. They have a PELOTON!!! WOW! They have C2 brand rower, pulls, and a bike. They have a curved self-propelled tredmil! HIGH CLASS. The pool changes color and has secret buttons (try to find them). They make the bubbles go. The only thing I couldn't get used to is the NO CLOTHES policy in the sauna. Naked people walking around is never good for kids. haha. Oh well, I guess that's European style. Beware. IVAN, the bartender is a GREAT bartender. Very personalable and welcoming. We weren't going to drink but we walked by and he was so inviting we stayed to drink and chat. The restaurant staff was also very nice! Such a wonderful experience overall. It seemed like we were only a few of us in the hotel so it was peaceful in and out of the hotel. We would love to come back soon!!! 5 stars all the way!

Only issue we had was room was like an oven, but we asked at reception and the air conditioning will only be in place in two weeks time. The food was amazing, lovely pool area, very nice staff.

We had the most rude, unprofessional, condescending experience with one of the waiters at the restaurant in the hotel. The man did not say hello to welcome us when we entered, then when I said we have a reservation he looked at my face and rudely said 'ja und? Name?'. Then he said go and sit in the corner. That corner table was a small table for 2. We are 3 people. Then I went and sat somewhere else and then he came and complained that I cannit sit there. I did not reply. Then he came and literally threw the menu cards at our table and kept moving to another table. And then he kept running around which was also very annoying. A waiter needs to be calm, relaxed and welcoming. So think about this for a second. No hello, welcome, tells us to go sit somewhere (not taking us kindly to a table) which is too small, complaining that I chose another in a completely empty room, throwing 3 menu cards at the table without stopping and giving it kindly to each of us... This is unacceptable behavior and customer treatment in a nice expensive hotel and restaurant. The hotel should give proper training to their personnel and should never tolerate such rude people working there.

Really nice and spacious rooms, really good service, peaceful location, great pool, really enjoyed the stay
