I stayed at this hotel with my family and we were occupying three rooms total. I must say I was very satisfied with the stay. You can feel the years without any redecoration and repainting but the service, rooms, air conditioning, the pool open pretty much the whole day. The breakfast was pretty good, empty plates were filled very fast. What I definitely did not like, was the 25€ dinner. My kids ate about a plate of fries with some fried chicken and were treated like an adult - that is not much for 25€. That was the most expensive dinner I had in Germany (and not very tasty, compared to the breakfast). If not for the dissapointing dinner, the stay would be perfect and the rating 10/10.

This is a nice small hotel, just on the outskirts of Nuremberg. Our room was quite small for family of 4 but it was clean and tidy. Special mention for the cleaners there as they came in while we were out and made the beds and even organised our children's dozens of soft teddies nicely on the bed! What a lovely gesture. My only minor issues were that there's no restaurant to have dinner in and also our mattresses didn't have a soft topper so we slept on the mattress itself which was a bit hard on my back. For the price we paid I would have expected a comfy bed. But otherwise no complaints!

Acceptable for one night but do not book just beacuse of the pool as we did- it is freezing!! My kids did not want to go in so big disappointment there after an entire day of driving. The room was clean though and had everything we needed.

Room up to the Accord standards but the service is not. The restaurant is closed, no information shared about it until I checked in, and no assistance to order any food by the front desk. I have been given the advice to use Deliveroo which is not in service in Germany and I had to ask to make a call from the front desk to avoid charges to be told by the recommended restaurant to order from their website. No caring attitude from the front desk, well we don’t feel welcome as I used to in other Accord hotels. Perhaps some customer service and assistance awareness to the front desk staff could help to improve the experience.
