Unique, fun experience. Luckily it was a Sunny clear day for this once a lifetime experience in a zeppelin. The entire process is smooth, easy, and very comfortable. The staff and crew are great and make you feel relaxed and help you enjoy the many sights.

Most happy that I decided on a couple of nights in Friedrichshafen so that we could make the most of a visit to the museum, without any time pressure to rush through.

I can't recommend the Zeppelin app highly enough; its feature of making available commentaries on nearby exhibits was first rate. It has the added benefit of being able to revisit information afterwards.

I don't know if the information cards that are available to pick up around the museum are supposed to be for children only, but I (hopefully) got the full set.

Included is a full scale replica of part of the Hindenburg.

For a complete excursion into the world of dirigibles, especially the most famous, synonymous name of Zeppelin, there can be no better destination

Super interesting museum about Zeppelins and the history of dirigibles in general. They used to build Zeppelins in Friedrichshafen, so now there is this museum. Inside there is a full sized section of the Hindenburg passenger compartment which you can explore, and a cool retro 3d film room. There are tons of historical exhibits, and a hands-on room with aeronautical experiments to play with. If you're in Friedrichshafen, it's worth visiting this museum.

Overall, the museum is pretty impressive as far as what exhibits it has on display, to include the largest remnant from the Hindenburg. There are also pieces from the Graf Zeppelin, and a room full of Zeppelin memorabilia and collectibles.

It was nice to see the audio commentary available in several languages, just wish that that the same could be said about some of the text as well. I just wish there was a focus on the DELAG airline, as I feel like that's a lesser known part of aviation history.

Either way, if you're an aviation fan, this place is well worth your time.

The Zeppelin museum was very interesting. Unfortunately alot of the media devices (like little headphones to listen to sound-bits were broken.
Also about 90% of all the museums signage and exhibition info is in German only. Exhibition signs would have Germanu0026English titles and then only German explanation. I feel I could have learned much more if I had been able to understand the info provided.
Also it is not allowed to take pictures inside which is really old fashioned and obsolete as people try to do it anyway with their smartphones. This rule should be lifted, but there are angry museum eyes everywhere watching. So it was an interesting visit, but could have been much better.

I had being here as a part of my college excursion. We took the guided tour inside the museum. It was very nice. You will take mostly 1.5 hrs to completely see the museum.
