What a bad experience! Bad customer service, the lady was judgemental and very condescendant. We didn't have hot water after paying almost a 100€ for the night. This is absurd, don't reserve here.

Modern rooms, excellent breakfast options, friendly personnel which is always ready to help and guide you. Perfect location if you drive car, not far from center, 5 minutes away from Bodensee beach. If you need a room with balcony and less noise in the night hours is better to reserve a room on the South side, the North side to the street could be noisy in the night.

Overpriced hotel with very noisy rooms from the street. Rooms are large and clean, but impossible to get a good night's sleep if you are facing the street. Breakfast selection is good. But their voucher system doesn't make any sense. It just makes you wait 15 minutes if the front desk is busy until they get you a voucher that you then give to somebody in the breakfast room. How about a simple list where you cross of the rooms that have breakfast?

one of the worst hotels i booked the last 30 years in terms of price and value offered , especially if you consider their 4star status .
The rooms are small , not maintained properly e.g the fridge in the room is not working , bathroom fittings are outdated , air conditioning can’t cool the room ,and the reception is not in a position to handle issues that occur during their watch .
