Very nice hotel, the building is old but rooms are like new and with adjustable ac. Dining room has a nice old interior and the breakfast is pretty good. The staff are not very good at english though, hotel is mostly aimed at older german couples.

The hotel was perfect and I find it difficult to comprehend the negative reviews. Staff were amazing, the hotel was spotless, the room was perfect, the price was decent, the location fantastic and bar and restaurant great.

Only minus is that you need to pay extra for a small dog, snd it is not mentioned before

Very nice hotel, staff friendly, they have a parking for bikes and different belongings. Strict in check-in policy. They have an elevator. I did not try the restaurant. The room is nice, we took the spacious room. Room 401, it has a view to east side, very sunny in the morning. Clean and tidy, good for few says stay. There is a kettle, smart tv, bar fridge, usb beside bed, a big modern couch. It does not have a special view, but the hotel is just beside the main station, rewe, sea front, very close to old town.

The room was too small and cold, the air conditioning was set to 19 degrees Celsius. There was no parking close to the hotel so I had to park my car further away in a public parking area. There was space in front of the hotel but I was told it was only for unloading the luggage but I noticed other cars stayed parked in front of the building much longer than me, overnight. The bed was too narrow and small. The bathroom was cramped, I didn't have enough space to put my toiletry case. I booked a double room for two but got a single room. There was a lamp on the table but no socket to switch it on. I had to move it to the other side of the room. The space between the bed and table was too narrow. Not happy. For the price of the room I definitely didn't get my money's worth.

Nobody is in the hotel reception during the night. There was any emergency phone available. This situation is highly danger for the guests.

A great location. Very clean facility, room, bathroom and hallway. We had a nice view from our window but the hotel has also rooms with not so nice view. I think we were lucky because otherway I think we could not change the room. The personelle tried to be nice but that's all. We didn't use hotel parking place (we reserved but finally we had no place, no explanation) with 8 euro/day but on the side of the street with half this price. However, I still recommend this hotel. A good location.

One star down for hotel room cleaning, but room was beautiful and help desk perfect
