This was one terrible experience last night!! If I could give zero, I would!
Only good thing was a young lady on the front desk. She was very polite and professional.
We bring our 3 months old baby, because of suspicion of Covid. After we was placed in I-box, nurse came really fast, checked temperature, take urine, measure weight and told us to wait. After 1 hour, she come again and give my baby medicine for feber and told us to wait some more. After 2 hours in this little room in middle of the night, came a young, arrogant, very unprofessional doctor who didn't introduce himself, but come es he doesn't know what to do. He put a Covid test into sleeping baby's mouth while he was in stroller. Then he listened lunges, heart in very short time. And again tell me to wait for half hour for the results. We waited a one more long hour for him, after what he said yes, baby is Covid positive, go home, if he have fiber or breathing heavily come again. He said that everything is OK, and blood results are good. After my complaints that he was not blood tested, just urine, and that this is terrible that we had to wait from 22.30 until 2.30 in the night (with a nother child waiting in car) he responded that we are not the only one here and that he is not drinking coffee (but he can whistle in hallways walking and laughing with another doctor). He have time to argue with me and give me arrogant attitude. I understand if he is the only doctor in station, I understand that there are more children that needs to be care off. But I don't understand that we had to wait for 4 hours just to confirm that we already know from someone so arrogant, unprofessional, careless and who call himself KINDERARZT.
My personal opinion is that he made conclusions about our last name, and my bad German language and if so, that is racism. I hope I'm wrong and I regret that I haven't read comments and reviews before we decided to come.
Doctor, this is to you, I hope you have conscience and make yourself a better person in your work with children!

No bed for my wife just chair !?
Must be inform us before it

2- no papers to follow for testing times so you know everything without asking! Its Easy ..
If asking sister about what next ! gives to others or wait for doctor !
Really doctors far away from this miss!

3- they told to my wife take your food to game kinder room !
After 1 min section ward coming with screaming voice thats not allowed ! We said your group told us she said eat any where ! ? ?
Is thats hospital or some outside street !!!

I have 1 month just 1 month in frieburg i see unikilink hospital very great u0026 staff
But kinder klinik no way its far away from medical plan u0026 no information clearly

Die Ärtzte nehmen sich seit für die Patienten ( wenn man dann endlich mal dran ist) die Wartezeit für Kinder ist fast schon unmenschlich , es ist völlig korrekt das die Notfälle vorgezogen werden… aber nach 5 Stunden Wartezeit hat man echt keine Nerven mehr, sollte vielleicht anders organisiert werden um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Aber trotz der Wartezeit ist es eine sehr gute Klinik.

Until then, there was a lack of concept, of (mis)information, there was a chaotic change of doctors and time and again incomprehensible waiting times with an infant showing signs of dehydration and unclear findings. Valuable hours passed during which our child did not receive adequate therapy. Liquid was only given on the ward at 1:30 a.m.!
You feel helpless and at the mercy and equally let down by an emergency service. Such a thing must not be! You don't want to end up here in an emergency!

Warum verfasse ich dann eine Rezension mit nur einem Stern?
Weil ich entrüstet bin über die Zustände in der Kindernotfallambulanz. Per Rtw dort angekommen und einem leidenden, erschöpften Baby, lässt man sich sage und schreibe fast 8 Stunden Zeit zu entscheiden, das 8 Monate alte Kind auf Station zu nehmen! Bis dahin fehlte es an Konzept, an (Fehl-)Information, es gab einen chaotischen Ärztewechsel und immer wieder nicht nachvollziehbare Wartezeit mit einem Säugling mit Anzeichen von Austrocknung und unklarem Befund. So gingen wertvolle Stunden ins Land, in denen unser Kind keine adäquate Therapie erhielt. Erst auf Station erfolgte eine Gabe mit Flüssigkeit, um 1:30 Uhr in der Nacht!
Man fühlt sich hilflos und ausgeliefert und gleichermaßen von einem Notdienst im Stich gelassen. So etwas darf nicht sein! In Notfällen möchte man hier nicht landen!

Meine Tochter kam am 13.7 um 23 Uhr mit hohem Fieber, Erbrechen und Schlappheit in die Notaufnahme, sie hat ebenfalls noch im Flur erbrochen, was die Krankenschwestern mitbekamen. Wir wurden ins Untersuchungszimmer geschickt haben bis ca 3:45 Uhr dort gewartet nicht einmal kam eine Schwester innerhalb der paar Stunden um nachzusehen. Wir haben einige Male bei der Anmeldung nachgefragt wann denn der Arzt kommt denn weit und breit war keiner zu sehen es gab nur 3 Patienten (mit meiner Tochter) in der Notaufnahme diese sagten nur wir sind als nächstes dran. Wir sind um kurz vor 4 Uhr ohne jegliche Untersuchung Nachhause gefahren einfach nur ein Witz die Schwestern unterhalten sich lieber anstatt zu arbeiten und keine Ahnung wo sich die angeblichen Ärzte aufhalten denn arbeiten tun diese wohl ebenfalls nicht nachdem mein Mann die Schwestern angeschnauzt hat wann denn ein Arzt zur Untersuchung kommt lachen diese nur. Sehr traurig dass wir einfach gegangen sind da sich wohl keiner um ein krankes Kleinkind kümmern möchte. Nicht zu empfehlen lieber eine andere Kinderklinik aufsuchen!

Leider muss ich mich den negativen Rezensionen anschließen, der Empfang/Rezeption war freundlich und sehr bemüht uns schnellst möglich anzumelden, was danach kam ist einfach Menschen unwürdig. Nach einer Wartezeit von 3!!!! Stunden kam trotzdem niemand, dann müsste ich wo anderes gehen. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel … falls jemand ein ärztlichen Rat benötigt , geht wo anders hin !NIE WIEDER!!!!!
