Essentially I would like to give them a better rating but.. let me explain..

Negativ:

1. First interaction with the receptionist, probably she was having a bad day. Won't tell much, but it wasn't pleasant. Not talkative at all (in German), didn't help and didn't really answer any of our questions, basically you get answers without asking in a hotel. The receptionist gets -5 stars

2. Apparently there is a garage. But the same lady at the reception didn't even bother to tell where exactly it was, how to enter.. nothing. Told us to look for a parking spot next to a supermarket on the next street. Thankfully we found a spot in front of the hotel.. there is enough places. But if you are paying x amount of money for as deluxe suit, you would much rather have your car in a garage..

3. Coffee is my passion.. and in my opinion there is no excuse to serve a coffee with badly steamed milk. Like no.. I wish I had taken a pic... It was like dishwashing foam put on the coffee.. -1 star

Positive:

1. Very pleasant interior design.

2. Heated outdoor pool, very nice...

3. Both restaurants are exceptional. The service is very good, the waitress are very kind and helpful.. the food, I have no words.. I heard it was worthy for a michelin stare but the chef refused.. I think it's probably true.. +10 stars out of 5..

The rooms are pretty ok and clean.. Overall I would still recommend it though..

It was very nice stay in Hotel Schloss Reinach. The stuff was extremely friendly and breakfasts just delicious.

Is a nice place for a wk-end with car. They try their best, but somehow something is missing with customer service. Also with Covid, the bar is closed. Nice walk up to the vineyards. Nice pool and sauna

It was a company dinner and we had bbq, hence nothing much to comment about the place.

Hidden gem.. very very nice place to stay with very attentive staff, good rooms .. great breakfast and food selection of dinner. Local wines.. but the most stunning is the place itself.. the buildings the backyard you feel yourself in a different world.. this made our stop over even nicer..

Good Hotel with normal prices. We stayed for one night and booked a classic junior suite wich was really sweet and lovely with the old wooden furniture. We liked it a lot! At the evening we enjoyed the smokers lounge. Sadly that there wasn’t a full Humidour and it was a bit cold in there. The fireplace wasn’t working cause of a damaged remote. Awesome and enough breakfast, nice and friendly staff and close to Freiburg if you like shopping. Nice atmosphere with castle feeling.

Nice place for brunch every 1st and 3rd Sunday per month. Very friendly staff and a nice ambient invites you for the brunch. Now more direction lunch and not for breakfast which is in my opinion not the best. Price is ok, considering the place and location specially in summertime. Nice selection for food and dessert but for breakfast could be more. Also opening time 11 am is in my opinion too late as breakfast needs to be taken at home. Food quality and taste is fine and acceptable but nothing special and I was expecting better quality. For brunch have better and cheaper options in my opinion.
