Great place, the only con I see is that you need to pay the parking with even coins. Bring some drinks and snacks for the kids and it's a perfect whole day activity. There are some food options available, basic stuff like sausage and fries. If you want something healthier it can be a good idea to bring it yourself.

Beautiful, big free entry zoo with many animals. Only parking is not free, and everything must book before travel, but it is ok. You can walk with a goat there.

This is an incredibly great value zoo with the total cost being just the cost of parking which is 5 euros. That then covers all occupants of the car for entrance. The zoo itself is large with a lot of animals split into continents. The animals have large pens and look very well looked after. This is simply great, worth the time.

A beautiful place for adults to take a walk and for children, the animals of course. A wide range of species are well displayed. Every animal housing is very spacious enough. It was raining today and had clicked some great photos. Overall it was good walk around. Must go for families with children.

Such a great place for families with kids of all ages! I am impressed by how big the animal enclosures are and how well managed the property is. I highly recommend grabbing an ice cream at one of the many ice cream trucks on site made with local Black Forest milk!

Its the great outdoors who wouldnt love it! Free airy space, family friendly,loved the camels,wildebeest and mountain landscape views.You can cycle,take a tram from the city then walk for 10mins tops and you are there...its good for full moon nights(yes! they host such wonderful events) Its simple but encourages a good outdoor family time away from the four walls of the house
