We drove from Basel to get Sunday Brunch. But they only have Brunch the first Sunday of the month. We decided to stay and eat anyway as the decorations are nice and there were plenty of vegetarian menu options. We arrived a bit after 12 noon and were the only customers for a while. The food tasted good and was nicely presented. The space itself was cold like maybe they hadn't turned on the heat. So we wish we had dressed warmer under our coats.

I had to come down here to try out this just recently opened place. It's a bit off and we weren't quite sure if we were at the right spot until we actually saw the entrance. Inside it's nicely decorated with mainly big tables where people can share a seat with others. A lot of decoration sitting and hanging everywhere and something new to discover wherever you look. Service was quite fast and genuinely kind. Foodwise I really liked it, since it was before 6 p.m. we only had the small menu to choose from but for our first visit that was ok. We had the vegetarian flammkuchen / tarte flambée, which was tasty but for eur8 something it didn't really have a lot of toppings, just peppers and onions. Second was the Badisch Dreierlei - sausage salad, quark with herbs and roasted rosemary potatoes - which was super good and we finished it all with a scoop of their homemade chocolate chili ice cream that also was fantastic. Two out of three were great, a very good start and we most likely will be back.

A very beautiful breakfast location in the summer. With a lot of trees and woods around, dining out in the open area feels like a meal in the nature. You can hear birds chirping too.

The food comes nicely decorated and is very tasty but not tasty enough to justify the high price or the little amount. The ambiance is very nice and the waiter was funny, maybe a bit too funny.

The breakfast dishes here are great! And the cakes are super delicious. The environment is nice and cosy. The staff also speak English. Will definitely visit here again.
