Very overpriced. I've stayed at better hotels for half this price. Its the most expensive place I've stayed on this trip, for a tiny room, dirty carpet floors, rude and unhelpful staff, and breakfast not included.
After charging me 177 euro for a single twin bed, one night, they want ed to charge an extra 17 euro for breakfast. When I went to the receptionist to ask to fill my water bottle, he told me rudely that I have a bathtub to fill it. I asked if there was a kitchen, but he said it was closed. Why would you close a kitchen? Have some water and a coffee machine available to guests... have a place for people to warm something in the microwave. For a single bed at 177 euro, I expect a much better experience.

Rooms were ok and clean, not necessarily the best but perfectly acceptable.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Position with respect to the central station is absolutely perfect, literally on top of it.

If you need a few nights stay I would highly recommend it.

This is a good 3-star hotel, but I’m giving it 4 stars for quick and easy check in/out, comfortable beds/pillows and location. Despite being literally at the station, the windows are nearly sound proof, so the train noise is minimal and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping in. The decor isn’t anything special but it’s cozy enough for a few nights, no problem. The room was clean and the staff members were helpful and accommodating. Overall, a very good value for the price, especially for Freiburg.

Clean enough, functional. Right on top of the train station. Good to use as a base to explore the nearby towns.

Really good hotel in a great location for traveling by train to Freiburg. Staff very helpful and nice rooms.

Interior of the rooms is somewhat dated. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Hotel is situated directly next to the railway station, meaning location is great for travel and visiting the city center. But it can be noisy with windows open, not having airconditioning in the rooms.

I reccomend for upgrading your room to one with AC, they're bigger and the mini fridge is way more colder. In the regular once you still have a mini fridge which is great, it was the only hotel in our trip with a fridge. Excellent breakfast, and the location is great!
