Above all, Steffi (owner) and her husband are extremely friendly and personable. It was a lot of fun and received a very warm welcome. The equipment was in great condition and the quality (from Rogue) was great. I also thought the boxes with the engraved logo were cool.
Due to the positive impression I made 2 more drop in very quickly.
I would love to come back and can recommend the box to anyone looking for one in Freiburg.

Auf der Suche nach einer Box in Freiburg um ein Drop in zu machen, entschied ich mich für CrossFit Lion Pride. Es ist eine sehr kompakte und überschaubare aber wirklich tolle und saubere Box. Vor allem Steffi (Ownerin) und ihr Ehemann sind überaus freundlich und sympathisch. Es hat sehr viel Spaß macht und wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Ausstattung war in einem super Zustand und Qualität (von Rogue) super. Cool fand ich auch die Boxen mit dem eingravierten Logo.
Aufgrund des positiven Eindrucks hatte ich sehr zeitnah 2 weitere Drop in gemacht.
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann jedem die Box empfehlen der eine in Freiburg sucht.

Ich war kurzfristig als drop in in der Box. Die Besitzerin war zwar im Urlaub, ebnete mir aber trotzdem kurzfristig telefonisch den Weg, sodass ich problemlos am Training teilnehmen konnte und dort herzlich empfangen wurde. Die Box an sich ist recht klein, hat aber alles was gebraucht wird an Equipment. Sehr positiv fiel mir die liebevolle und sauber gepflegte Einrichtung auf. Ich kam als CrossFit-Anfängerin in die Box von Steffi. Schon im ersten Kurs habe ich mich aufgrund der tollen Atmosphäre sofort total wohl gefühlt. Meine Bedenken, bei einzelnen Übungen nicht mithalten zu können, waren unbegründet. Jede Bewegung wird von den Coaches auch in modifizierter Variante gezeigt, sodass trotz unterschiedlicher Fitness-Levels alle zusammen trainieren und sich gegenseitig anfeuern können. Und gerade für Anfänger super: die Coaches achten genau auf die korrekte Ausführung der Bewegungen. Eine ganz ganz tolle Box! Egal wie anstrengend das Workout war - am Ende geht man glücklich nach Hause :)

Sehr schöne neue CrossfitBox mit einem kompetenten Trainerteam um Steffi. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf die richtige Ausführung der Übungen gelegt um Verletzungen vorzubeugen. Und sollte es mal soweit kommen wird man super betreut, beraten welche Übungen gemacht werden können, um auch schnell wieder trainieren zu können.
Außerdem findet sich hier eine tolle Community, mit der man sehr spaßige WODs erleben kann aber auch gemeinsam durch die anstrengendsten Trainings geht. Alles in allem ein klasse zweites Wohnzimmer mit vielen Freunden :)
