Typical traditional u0026 local restaurant with a warm and energetic atmosphere, especially at tonight! It's very spacious and the food was pretty good overall. The staff at the entrance didn't seem very happy to take care of customers but the waiter for our table was very friendly!

This has to be one of the best local German restaurant experience I have here in Frankfurt. The vibe is one that is both nostalgic and yet full of energy. The architecture is iconic and food is amazing. The beef goulash soup with the bread is warm and satisfying as a starter. The salad and Nuremberger bratwursts are very fresh and delicious. A must visit place in Frankfurt.

I give five stars for how iconic this place is. It is very well know amongst locals as well as visitors. The food is local and authentic. It's definitely a must visit when in Frankfurt. Also, try the apple wine (Ebbelwoi) there.

A great german restaurant with very delicious traditional food from the region, friendly and attentive staff! The atmosphere is very authentic and we really enjoyed it! highly recommended!

The food was so fresh, it instantly woke me up. The meat was juicy and tender. The salad was perfect. An extremely fulfilling evening for me. Staff is extremely kind and friendly. Truly - the standards of a 75 year old cultural place.

Great green sauce with main course recommended by the lady in the outside area. On the way back, realize I perhaps have two waiter due to cold change to inside area, they are both friendly hope can handle it.
Love to see others local talking atmosphere.
