This is the bodybuilding gym to go to in Frankfurt. Great equipment, not too busy. I got some great workouts during my visit.

Amazing old school bodybuilding gym. If you want to work hard it’s a great place to train. It’s not a glossy or cross fit gym. It’s got great machines that work you hard safely. Great leg machines that will make it hard to walk after you workout.

No music, barely any weight plates.
No area to deadlift or to do any weightlifting exercises
