I just had a 18 month trip and covered my insurance with STA Travel. Luckily I only had 3 very small cases, the process was easy and fast. After 12 months I had to cancel due to COVID-19. I got a refund for the last 6 months. Thank you, I will definitely use your insurance on my next trip again. Mario

I planned a four month trip in six countries with STA travel. I always got the appointments very quickly and it was the best decision ever to get some help from here. The staff is very organised, helpful, friendly and always do their best.

Thank you again and again to STA Travel in Frankfurt. Katja K. gave us great advice again in 2019 and made the trip to Vietnam in October the highlight of the year. From Halong Bay via Danang to Saigon in 16 days was pure pleasure and without complications from the ship trip to all flights. And in Saigon we booked a dinner cruise at the local STA travel agency, which we discovered by accident. Everything was perfect, thank you STA Travel and Katja.

Wir buchen zum 2.ten mal unsere Reise hier und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Letztes Jahr in Bali ,wurden uns von Katja problemlos die Rückflüge umgebucht, damit wir wegen des Vulkanausbruchs nicht die Reise abbrechen mußten, sondern einfach nach Thailand weiterreisen konnten.Jeder Mitarbeiter hat sein Spezialgebiet und kann innerhalb dessen meistens noch mit persönlichen Erfahrungen und Empfehlungen glänzen. Immer wieder Vielen Dank an STA Travel in Frankfurt.Katja K. hat uns im Jahr 2019 wieder toll beraten und die Reise nach Vietnam im Oktober zum Höhepunkt des Jahres werden lassen.Von der Halong Bucht über Danang bis nach Saigon in 16 Tagen war pures Vergnügen und komplikationslos von Schiffsreise bis zu allen Flügen.Und in Saigon haben wir beim dortigen STA Travelbüro ,welches wir durch Zufall entdeckten auch noch eine Dinnercruises gebucht.Alles Perfekt,Danke STA Travel und Katja.

Ich buche schon seit ein paar Jahren bei STA und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Neben der kompetenten Beratung gefällt mir besonders, dass man sich voll und ganz auf Franziska und ihr Team verlassen kann.
