We went to have dinner at Speisekammer on 18th September. My friends gave me a 100 EUR voucher for my 40th birthday and we were excited to visit and test the restaurant for the first time. The service was really good and also the food was in line with expectations. However, after receiving the bill and handing in my voucher we were told that the voucher can not be used as a new owner took over the restaurant. He also came to the table and was so kind to provide us with the email address of the previous owner. We just try to contact him directly and ask for our money. Until today nothing has happened. Even after contacting the new owner we did not receive any compensation or any other goodie. That is unacceptable and literally destroyed the entire customer experience.
