After arriving to Sinn I was immediately impressed with the showroom, which had nearly every model available out in the open for you to handle. I looked around for a brief time before picking up and looking at the new limited edition 104 st sa abe. This watch is incredibly well constructed and included an additional band. The service was quick and very accommodating allowing me to check out different straps with suggestions and good input from the employees. I look forward to visiting again before leaving Germany for good, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding quality watch.

My wife and I visited the main Sinn HQ to have a small issue address with my Sinn. The male staff member I spoke to was very friendly and immediately assisted me with my request. The building itself is about a 10-12min walk from the Eschborn Sud S bahn station. Easy to find. They have a tremendous selection of their watches, pretty much all of them. They are in open displays so feel free to try them on. A nice place to stop to see all the watches and straps. Overall a very nice experience.

A travel transport box and some giveaways were given as gifts.

Der Service und die Beratung empfand ich als sehr angenehm und gut. Auch wenn meine Sinn gebraucht von einem anderen Händler kam, wurde kostenlos die Dichtigkeit geprüft und das ausgewählte Band sorgfältig montiert. Auch der Bandwechsel wurde einem Neuling sehr gut erklärt. Eine Reise-Transpoerbox und einige Giveaways gab es als Geschenk.
In der Ausstellung konnte ich alle Uhren ausprobieren und anziehen. Die Beratung war aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich.
Ich komme zur Beratung und zum Kauf sicher wieder.
