I stayed here for two nights in October and the room was ok but it smelled a lot of cigarette smoke.
The breakfast tasted old and I found a hair in the fruit salad.
The service wasn't good either. You get the feeling that the hotel just wants to make money from its guests and that they are not friendly.
Therefor i wouldnt recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. There are plenty of better ones in Frankfurt!

I’d stay again, room was very comfortable, spacious, modern and clean, staff friendly u0026 helpful. Loaned an umbrella as I forgot mine. Within a healthy walking distance of the exhibition centre u0026 town. First time I stayed in this part of town, I will be back it’s far nicer. It’s quiet, out of the way and I felt safe. Supermarket 5 mins away, restaurant next door. Great.!

Best Best service. The staff at the desk were very friendly and very helpful. The room was roomy beautiful. Would stay here again.

Usually i dont write negative comments because i really know how difficult is make clients happy and satisfied. In this case i really need to do because the staff of the bar was really rude and not polite at all. I kindly ask for a red beer (irish pale) and the gentleman said he traveled the world and never find out it with really sarcastic and rude tone. First you must to learn how to deal with clients in the hospitality industry then if you wanna keep that job you need to learn the type of beers there are in the market. The rooms are great and the reception staff was ok. Cleaning not always in time, at 3 pm the room was not done yet.

Perfect hotel for both business and visiting Frankfurt. Standards from reception to checking out were excellent.

For a 4 stars hotel it's nice cosy modern and value for money. The room is nice and clean, small toilet and bath. No fridge in the room "4stars". The people in the receiption are great and welcoming. The location is nice in the business district
