I had a great experience. Good service and interesting menu. At first I thought "ok, it's Sunday lunch I will have just pasta with mushrooms" but it surprised me how good and fresh it tasted, really special, not "just" pasta. The salad was also very good. I would come back.

I love their German style dishes. I had a Pasta Entrée with Rabbit and it was absolutely amazing. The interior and atmosphere is very relaxed and attractive. I recommend coming here for the evening menu and ordering a bottle of wine or their south Bavarian beer. If you're searching for solid home cooked German meals, this is the go-to place.

Great food, some specials items on the menu. Service could have been better. Taking away plates before one is finished, or the rest of the party is finished is not ok. Card payment not being available today is also not acceptable, but welcome to Germany...

Just had dinner at Frau Schmidt with a view friends and it was a wonderfull evening. The food was very delicious. The wines were good and the service was very friendly. I had a veal schnitzel with a very good home made frankfurt grüne sauce. I also order a extra sauce from another dish which was no problem at all. Will be back soon.

Cozy and splendid restaurant! You can enjoy the traditional dishes with their friendly hospitality. I‘m from Japan and can‘t speak German, so I’m impressed by their heart trying to communicate. Actually, it’s first time not to be treated as a bother since I’ve been 3 week in Frankfurt!!

Very good food including vegan options with reasonable prices (slightly on the expensive side). The waiter could have been in a better mood. :-)

The food was fantastic, as was the wine. Fantastic options. And the service was great as well.
