Good facilities, nice rooms, all spoiled by very rude reception staff looking down at traveling family. May have been a bad day for this staff but being rude is never a good alternative, especially for a situation which presents no issue to start with (how to create problem where none exists in the first place). Based on experience can unfortunately not recommend.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was too good. If you are planning to reach by Straße Bahn, have to travel 12-13 stations from center.. bus from nordwestzentrum was better..

A really good Hotel!
It's not like the most other Hotels. Bei g there feels like you're not in germany.

Rooms are big, entrance is Gorgeous and even though it's not a new Hotel, it's all very modern and clean.

Personal is very friendly and parking is okay.
But most important, the Room facilities are almost perfect.
And with a free breakfast, free sauna, and sweet details, it's very worth a visit!

Good hotel. The parking payment process was confusing. We needed to park for more than just 1 day and we couldn't get in an out using the same ticket, every day we'd have to get a new one.
Really clean rooms, really nice breakfast. Overall very nice hotel to stay!

Good sized rooms, clean and tidy, include a desk and mini bar. Bathroom is spacious with a good shower (lots of pressure) and the need is large and comfortable. A lack of coffee/tea making facilities will surprise the traveler, but that's just a small inconvenience for most. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast buffet with a bias to German customs (a bit light on hot food but plenty of bread, cold meats and cheese).

Nice clean and bright rooms. Good breakfast. The only thing that needs improvement is checking out. It takes too bloody long and as far as I can tell there is no express checkout. One of the few business hotels I know that doesn't offer a quick getaway.
