So after reading so many bad reviews of this place I really thought I should write an honest review. I really didn't find anything to complain about. The gym is overall clean, there are alcohol stations every 3-4 meters across the gym and even in the women's area. They provide clean machines, showers and lockers. Btw you need to bring your own lock ???? to secure the locker. (Not really a problem, just get a regular one) Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym offers refill of cold and room temperature water as well as coffee (be sure to bring your own Thermo or water bottle). Not really much to say. Overall a descent and clean gym.

Worst gym ever where I have been! First they are not aware what payment options are working: only SEPA, no cash, no credit card, no invoice option. Then they take your IBAN but surprise - wrote it down incorrectly. Months no deductions. Phone is not answered, don't even hope! Emails are answered selectively if at all... They are even unable to provide you final invoice. Charges are deducted randomly from your account. But surprise, surprise when lockdown hits then they wake up and start to charge you even if that is illegal. It's a mess there. Training machines are broken, bars missing and its dirty there - when you wash your hands after training the water is literally black! Desinfect appeared only after first covid-19 outbreak. Other decent gyms had it also before that... Please avoid! Though some on spot employees are super nice! Ps. And they charge you for the coffee - who goes to gym to drink coffee!? Just a joke.

Pro:
+gym is cheap and has decent equipment

Contra:
-staff is quite rude and often doesn't even look up from their phones when people enter/exit
-clientele often groups of guys who obivously use steroids acting like they own the place and throwing 20kg plates across the room and generally giving a really aggressive vibe
-men sometimes enter the women only area and staff doesnt care

Cancelled my contract after more than a year of training here but the money is still deducted for 6 months after the official cancellation. I wasn't informed of such arrangement at the registration. They even took my access card so 6 months I've been paying for nothing. And by the way, the equipment is generally quite outdated, considering that the prices are not in the lowest range. The gym is really expensive compared to what's available out there and I would never join if not for the location (I guess it's their only competitive advantage). They sell free coffee as part of the agreement but you don't want to drink it. Overall, probably my worst gym experience ever.

This gym was good but indifference from the management has made it pathetic. I was with this gym for 8 years but in the last one year, I have been a victim of three thefts. Each time money was stolen from my wallet in the locker without even breaking the lock. Each time my complaint was met with total apathy blaming me without even investigating a little. The locker room has become a breeding ground for theft because whosoever is doing it, is encouraged by the lack of action on the part of the management. Pls do not join , there are better options and if you are a member be extremely careful of your belongings. I cancelled my membership after 8 long years and EUR 1000 poorer due to theft. Enough is Enough!

They are Worst, I've trained here for more than 1year. But at the time of registration, they didn't talk about how will it end. They just say, it ends after 1 year. And when I tried to cancel, they have extended themselves to 6 months, without even noticing me. This is not the way, how you should treat your customers. Its not about money, its about customer satisfaction. Its really bad and really bitchy, either clear everything at the time of registration or don't take customers.

I have given my key, but they are deducting money from my account each week. And told me find somebody else to train in my place. Don't join this gym, its expensive and not customer satisfactory. They don't even deserve one star.

Long-time member here, very happy with this gym. It's the nicest of the three Pures in FFM.

Good balance of different equipment types, pleasantly clean and open.

Never used their personal trainers, so can't comment on all the rage regarding the staff on here.
But if you know what you're doing and don't need your hand held or constant attention by staff, I can't think of a better gym than this one.
