After my first training session I wanted to quit, because I don't like those electronic workout machines. But the gym did not allow me to quit my contract because I did sign it on the location. I am very disappointed and angry. If I would have signed the contract online I would be able to quit, so stupid and customer unfriendly. So now I am paying a few months for nothing. Again, in Germany customer service is not valued.

Amazing gym with very friendly staff!! @Jan has been amazing and very helpful as a personal trainer for me :) I recommend highly of him!

Gym is very clean, with bright new machines and few people using them. Introductory workout days with Phuong, very kind and gentle trainer who assisted me during the exercises and planned my workouts.

Nice friendly place.
Is rather small, and during peak hours it can be difficult to find a place.
It has all that is needed for basic fitness. Good quality and so on...

As an old customer, already joined the Prime time fitness more than 4 years. I just called prime time fitness. (9:49 am, 03.11.2022) A man who said: Prime time fitness Berger Straße, after I introduced my name. He rudely hung up the phone. I have to say it is really bad and rude. Before I join the prime time, they said I could cancel it before 3 months. last year I tried to cancel it. As the first image, they calculated correctly. While, i though it was tough for them during pandemic. So I continued using until this year. Last week, I told them I would like to cancel the contract. They said notification period changed to 6 months without any explanation. Today I received the email as second image, it was wrong and different form before. And i tried to communicate with them and I faced rudeness. Be careful before join, you are facing smile and welcome when signing the contract. It is hard and chaotic and you also may facing rudeness when you would like to cancel the contract.
