Great hotel with lovely staff, i enjoyed the stay. It's located in strict centre of the city so location is good, but the old town itself is rather dirty and not very appealing in my opinion. But the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is very good. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Very good taste for the decoration.to point something negative out is, we were kept waiting for almost 45 minutes to check in after the time we were supposed to.

Friendly staff, great location, felt safe in the area, lots of good food within walking distance, only 15 minute walk along the river to the cathedral, Romerberg, etc. Rooms were nice, updated, clean. Wish it had a mini fridge to store some of our stuff, but not really a problem if you don't need it.

i had an amazing experience here! great location, clean and cozy rooms and the most important- wonderful staff. everyone was very nice and helpful. when one man was talking nonsense to us an employee at the reception asked if everything is fine or do we need any help. a very big thank you to the woman from staff, she was very nice and even asked if i know how to get to the deutsche bank park. i visited frankfurt because of kpopflex and it was great stay indeed:) will come back here for sure

Don't normally leave reviews of Premier Inns as they are normally the same across the UK.

This one is different. Staff could not do enough for me to make sure I was happy, from the reception staff, to the evening crew serving beer to morning breakfast.

Would not hesitate in going back, couldn't say the same about the UK ones, shame I have to use them for business.

Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed it. Just one suggestion, if we could cast our phone to TV to watch videos that would be perfect. The beds are so comfortable ????

Personally we did not have any unpleasant encounters outside the hotel unlike some experienced by other reviewers. Hotel is well located within 10mins walk from Central Station with plenty of food choices. We ate at Thai Fun and Pak Choi and both were good.
We arrived at 1:30pm and was told to wait a for a room to be ready. Just before 2pm, Ms Susanne attended to us and she was so friendly and nice. She gave us a corner room which was bigger than a standard room as we're staying for 6 nights.
The room was very clean but warm due to the afternoon sun. But come night, the room cooled down and was good for sleep. Bed was comfortable with soft and hard pillows. Room has a safe, kettle with tea u0026 coffee replenished each day. TV channels have 3 English channels, CNN, BBC u0026 SkyNews. A light bulb was missing from the bedside lamp and it was replaced immediately when brought to reception's attention. The only issue was there's no phone in your room so you have to physically go to the reception to report it. Telling cleaning staff was no use.
We asked for ice from the bar everyday when we returned. Yassin at the bar was so nice and also very handsome. He pleasantly helped us with the ice each time.
I would highly recommend Premier Inn for its location and excellent staff service and will gladly return.
