Frustrating experience!!! A huge disappointment!!
Ordered a birthday cake for my husband - emailed them on Monday ordering a cake to be picked up on Friday. They replied on Monday with the different sorts of cake I can proceed with and that was it.
Today is Wednesday - 6 pm, I still have no idea whether they will do the cake or not, despite the reminder emails to sent them.
I've invited people, prepared for this bday and booked a place. People took time out of their lives to be there, and now simply i might have to cancel due to their incapability of simply REPLYING. TO.CUSTOMER.EMAILS.
Called them, only to hear that "We dont know anything about your email, it's being handled by our chef, so simply wait!"
Texted them on instagram and received a "Hi will reply to you today", now it's 6pm and nothing.
I am very frustrated, and I really dont know what to do. Ordering a nice cake for Friday from another place is short notice, so yah i might need to cancel the entire celebration, thanks to them.
Such a huge failure, and disappointment! I am very angry I had to go through this. Save yourself the effort and dont order from them. Other places in Frankfurt have at least the minimum amout of professionalism needed to handle an appropriate business - which plantsand cakes lack!!
