At first we had a difficult time getting a seat, because it was a Saturday night at 8:30. We were asked to return 25 minutes later and it was well worth the wait. My daughter had the pizza and of course, I took a bite. I had the Dorade fish prepared Mediterranean style in the pizza oven. The food was delicious and the service was delightful. We went back again Monday for pasta and we've decided to make this our "go to" for Italian and special events.

This is the best classic Italian food in Frankfurt. Family run with friendly service. The wood fired oven delivers wonderful pizza and the home made gnocci and pasta dishes are superb. It is not a posh white table type restaurant more homely and local but the food and friendly staff more than make up for that.

Decent pizza, the rest is more or less not worth ordering if you're dining here. Service varies, it's OK inside and abysmal outside.It's an OK place if you get an inside seat, don't bother with it if you don't have much time, though, their personnel does get into the weeds even with two, three, concurrent tables.

I don't understand reviews saying something is super great and giving 4 stars. I usually do take-away here and they have the best pizza I have encountered in Frankfurt so far; you should try it.
