Decided I needed to visit a biergarten which turned out to be quite the walk. It was worth it though.

A large outside garden with plenty of cover available. A traditional German food menu that had quite a lot of choice.

The waitress was patient and helpful. I had the snitzel (I said it was traditional). I didn't know what lambs lettuce was but fortunately it's just green leaves. The salad dressing was the best I've ever tasted. I asked what it was but it's a "secret". The fried potatoes were good and the meat was thin and well cooked. I had the pig (schwein) rather than the veal version.

Reasonable prices and good beer. It's definitely worth popping in if you're in that part of town.

Good german restaurant. It is Surprisingly cozy inside. The food is good although prices may be a bit more expensive than in other restaurants and also they could increase the options available for dessert (only 2 in the menu).
Service was quite slow as there were only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant.
We gave them a discount voucher upon ordering the food but they did not apply it in the bill. we had to ask them to give us the money back afterwards which felt a bit awkward

We were shown a table with a reservation which was 30mins overdue and thus free for us to take. When they showed up 10mins later we were asked to leave-NO GO!

The view, the service and atmosphere were good enough but the food tasted horrible. We both had the baked Camembert salad and it tasted like it came from an old freezer. The breading was dark and tasteless and the whole presentation was ugly. It was one of those meals you wish you hadn't spent money on. We won't be back and it makes me not want to eat at any Paulaner again.
