The people there (Markus Hospital) were competent and friendly, despite the heavy workload and hustle and bustle, asked about me several times and listened carefully. It may be that Ms. Breithaupt was having a bad day and is otherwise competent as a family doctor - but I found this treatment in such an exceptional situation to be extremely incompetent, unempathetic and degrading.

Ich hatte am Abend zuvor akute Herzschmerzen und der herbeigerufene Rettungsdienst riet mir (nach erster Entwarnung) dennoch zur Absicherung am nächsten Tag einen Bluttest zu machen. Meine Hausärztin war krank und ich rief im MVZ an , die Dame am Telefon meinte ich solle gleich vorbeikommen (hierfür würde ich gerne mehr Sterne vergeben), ALLERDINGS kam ich zu Frau Dr. Britta Breithaupt. Diese empörte sich erstmal, ohne ein Guten Tag, oder erstes Nachfragen was der genaue Grund meines Erscheinens sei, darüber, dass ich hierherkommen würde und sie nicht zuständig wäre und überhaupt ob ich denn keinen Hausarzt hätte. Fiel mir dann mehrmals ins Wort, als ich versuchte meine Geschichte darzulegen. Machte sich über meine akute Sorge lustig, indem sie einen Blutschnelltest "nur macht, weil SIE jetzt so Angst haben, ich als Medizinerin weiss sowieso, dass er negativ sein wird". War er dann tatsächlich nicht, sondern positiv und ich musste zur Abklärung in die Notaufnahme. Die Personen dort (Markus-Krankenhaus) waren trotz starker Belastung und Hektik kompetent, freundlich, erkundigten sich mehrmals nach mir und hörten genau zu. Mag sein, dass Fr. Breithaupt einen schlechten Tag hatte und als Hausärztin sonst kompetent ist-diesen Umgang in solch einer Ausnahmesituation empfand ich jedoch als äusserst inkompetent, unempathisch und herabwürdigend.
