Hotel service is quite good. Room Smaller furniture than old. Staff attitude is quite good. But didn't make too much of an impression, so I won't come back next time

Quite basic - bed and breakfast, not much more. The hotel is a little rundown and short on extras and comforts...rooms need an upgrade, but they are clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. The biggest disappointment is the internet, it is patchy and painfully slow. This is really annoying and it’s impossible to work. I have experienced better internet travelling in India...

This is a 3-stars hotel.
The hotel is in a good location, it’s clean and looks nice.
The Wifi is TERRIBLE. It was impossible to work on video or audio calls, had to use my 4G. For general web browsing it’s ok.
The fact that the restaurant opens only Monday-Wednesday is bad. Other days if you want ti have a beer you need to go ti the neighborhood which I didn’t feel quite safe.
What saves this hotel from being a complete disaster is the breakfast. It was quite amazing, can’t complain, fresh fruits, lots of options, great staff.
I was expecting more from the hotel, but despite the bad Wifi and opening hours of the restaurant, it’s ok.

Very good quality of Breakfast, nice Reception, every day room Service, clean rooms, unfortunately no big Family Rooms, Lot of Towels.

I’ve spent 2 nights in the Hotel while I was attending a training.
The first room I got was really bad. The room was loud, I could hear the cars and the tram all night long. There was no connector next to the bed, etc. It was a bad experience.

But for the second night I could change the room and that was pretty nice, I was complitely satisfied. The pictures were made in this room. No problems like I’ve mentioned before.

The breakfast was very good, I liked it a lot!

The service of the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were exceptional.
