My husband and I had a great stay here last week! Check in was seamless, the area was close to many shops and restaurants, and the room was gorgeous! They even provided us with brand-new towels and sheets that they said they were testing out, and they were amazing! The only downside is that is was about a 10 minute walk from public transportation. Overall, a great stay!

Clean hotel, very friendly people who make you feel like home! If I ever come back to Frankfurt I am definitely gonna stay here again! This was our 3rd hotel in a row and it was by far the best experience! Thank you Carlos for your kindness and your advice on the city and get us an amazing dinner at a very good Italian!

A very best stay I had in years. Uncomplicated and friendly people, tasty coffee, cozy design and nice playlists. Looking forward to coming soon again! Bathtube was really nice!

Located in a traditional pubs( German’s too!) area.
Easy to reach the metro , tram or bus stations.
So many cool place to visit around there.
Am Main River is 2 min Walk distance.

3-4 wash machines and same numbers of dryers. ( I believe)
Le Creuset kitchenwares made me happy!

No water boiler in the room. You need to go to kitchen.

Bo, the manager was so helpful. The whole staff was professional, the location was great, and I enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend

AVOID AVOID AVOID, VERY LOUD! I had to stay in the hotel long term for business (2 months). The hotel is in the middle of an extremely loud and messy Party area where people Party also on Sundays and during the week. The hotel has no air conditioning which means you have to open the Windows during the Night to be able to breath (rooms get very hot even when it’s chilly outside). Opening the window means that the room gets so noisy that you cannot sleep at all. Worst stay of my life.

On the first day my room was flooded due to an issue with the shower drain. Instead of apologizing, the manager asked me to prepare my liability insurance, which I refused for obvious reasons. I was stuffed into a much smaller room for a whole month. When I asked for a small discount due to the smaller room and the trouble, the answer was negative, unbelievable.

The cleaning service is not very good, I wonder if it was even in sometimes.

The staff (excluding the manager) is friendly however and the rooms are decorated nicely. This won’t help you to have a good night sleep however.
