Our stay was ok. Beds were a bit hard u0026 pillow very soft. Room was clean, but bathroom had peeling wallpaper u0026 holes filled up. Could be done with redecorating.
During the day we noticed we were right under the flight path of the airport, but didn’t hear much during the night. Would book somewhere nearer the city centre if we were to come back.

Very good hotel. Perfectly located close to frankfurt Airport for a fraction of the price of a airport hotel. Nice clean rooms. Coffee machine i rooms with free coffee! Stayed there with our pets and it's also located in a very green area so perfectly located to walk dogs. Only negative is that the reception is always understaffed and it is quite often waiting lines for help. Recommended.

Fine hotel for 1 night, but I wouldn't stay here for longer. There was a long line at check in and our room was not ready at the agreed time.

Our room was sweltering hot and the "airco" didn't work. Bathroom seemed quite old.

Friendly staff.

Please clean the room, the windows, refresh. Why Lufthansa is booking rooms here when the flight is delayed? We have 2022 not 1980. The Staff on the reception very kind and helpful.

Great hotel, super service. The only thing was the air con. It didnt really work properly, but we opened the window.

Very nice hotel near the airport. The rooms are very comfortable. The facilities are well kept. Nice breakfast available with plenty of options.

The front desk lady was very helpful on the other hand the waitress guy that worked at the restaurant was extremely rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day. Probably shouldn’t work there if you can’t have simple a conversations with people.
