We had our baby in February 2021 at this hospital. The staff was great! They treated us really good and we feel comfortable and perfectly taken care of during the 4 days we stayed there. The doctors and hebammes speak perfect english.
The hospital is small so it feels quite private. The indoor patio is quite nice to get some fresh air. Location is perfect and there is a wonderful italian restaurant (Ciro) where you can get your food in case you dont like the one served at the hospital.

worst service, terrible communication, hidden fees with never recommend,
From last November until now , I still have declaration on my hand due to their fault, many emails I sent, but no answer.
Upon review of my records I was given an estimated price of around eight thousand, and after arrival I was informed that I would be required to deposit eleven thousand instead. They kept also 1000 euro in case any complications might happened during or after the surgery, they reuind my hand and didn't return the 1000 euro, this hospital is just hungry for money.
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone,

our both sons were born in this hospital (2019 and 2021) and we can only recommend it. Very friendly and professional staff, comfortable facilities and catering and the central location make Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen a perfect choice for us. When we were there, it never seemed too crowded and we always received an individual attention from the staff towards babies and our needs. Many thanks to midwifes Kristina Fries and Dinah Marten and all the doctors (especially Dr. Reitter). When we decide to give a birth again in Frankfurt, it will be again in Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen :)

This by far was the worst experience I had at a hospital.

I arrived later for my radiology appointment by 5 mins. I would have preferred they cancelled the appointment instead of moving forward.
I do not speak German but I understand a lot. For most of the time they kept saying I was late, and also offered to not make the appointment as I was late. They insisted there was still time.
I told the nurse that finding my vein is hard and she was getting very frustrated and flustered that she couldn’t my vein.
This was my first experience in an MRT and i went into the entire experiment feeling nervous and worried because they were talking about me and so upset I was late. While I am typing this message I have blurred vision and no one asked or told me this would be a side effect of the procedure.

I would not recommend this hospital to anymore. Unfortunately I know with service industry it depends on who you meet that day and today I met no one that treated me like a Person.

I did an operation at the gyno station and my experience was amazing. The attention of the doctors and the nurses was amazing! As it was my first ever hospital experience, I was overwhelmed by the attention and the treatment of all involved! Thank you dr. Therre and to all the nurses! I fully recommend it!.

Operation and medical staff were very nice. Operation was good which was good. The reception is very rude. I had to go there several times. Due to Corona I expected me having to register at reception. The first time i waited whilst the ladies finished their gossiping about collegues , I speak german, second and third time i was just waved through. The last time I expected to do the same this time the receptionist spoke to me like I was a naughty 2 year old trying to sneak in. Gave me a speech about Corona anywat i told her about my previous expierences she said she couldnt comment on that. Maybe if everyone would follow the rules it would make it easier for patients. Still as a ,customer i should not be spoken to like that. At the end of the day she didnt take my name or anything i could have gone anywhere in the building she wouldnt be any wise. BUT she of course was very nice to the doctor who she felt the need to talk to in between her scolding me for trying to sneak into the building during Corona

Dr. Reitter and her team at the Labor ward deserves a huge round of applause for being simply magnificent. Great staff. Good ultrasound and scan facilities.
It’s comparatively a small hospital in Frankfurt. But they are good.
The only con being the unavailability of specialist doctors in the weekend for special birth cases at the Labor ward.
