The area around Frankfurt main station is not suited for the soft minded, it is pretty tough and dirty.
Hotel had already better days, and some fancy posters and colouring gives a positive spirit. Check OK, but could be done faster.
Highlight was the breakfast, surprisingly good. Efficient service to refill and clean the table. Thank you

We arrived late in the evening from a cancelled flight that day (airline voucher). Something happened and the hotel was overbooked versus how many persons received the respective airline hotel voucher. The team at Ibis not only came to work in the middle of the night (from home) but they found us extra rooms at a nearby Ibis hotel, too. Only for this reason they would deserve 10 stars for customer service and professionalism. PS: The breakfast os also nice :)

Positives: Room size, bed comfort, house keeping’s (kept things immaculate), shower water pressure. Breakfast had a great selection and was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Lack of knowledge on how to process points redemptions or any status recognition for ALL members. The elevator for the single person rooms is a bit funky and misaligned so can be a little annoying with baggage.

Neutral: The location can seem a bit seedy, but everything is so walkable, it balances out. Lighting in the rooms isn’t the best.

Hotel is in a somewhat dodgy area near the main train station. At night, at least the night I was there, people were roaming or thrashing trashbins, dealing on street corners, screaming. At check-out Stefan was super nice. However the check-in the experience was not at all client friendly. I entered the hotel and a drunk person was laying drunk across the entrance. At the counter I was asked to sit down without further explanation. I waited there for at least 10 minutes. But everything was more important than giving me the room. Even the Red Cross that arrived to help the drunk person was observed with much greater care than giving me the room. When I finally was allowed to approach the counter I then waited for another several minutes because the counter had to be ordered, money counted, computer checked,.. etc etc. My room on the street side was quite loud (though i must admit the hotel looks very nice and is very clean. Although i am a an Accor platinum member i was offered a bottle of still water (which is rather a standard in many Ibis hotels).

Top notch stay, right in the heart of Frankfurt. Easily walking distance to Riverbank main Trainstation and Frankfurt center. Staff, very polite, welcoming and helpful, and professional!!! Rooms, basic, and very clean, and with fantastic breakfast ????????????. Definitely recommend this place to have a really nice stay in Frankfurt.

Neat and clean budget hotel very conveniently located 1 block from the main train station. The area is a little dodgy but plenty of options for food etc nearby. Would definitely stay again.

So happy with the place, rooms, cleanliness.

Had a good cocktail in bar down there and the staff members are very helpful too, guiding if needed. Much appreciated.
