Hotel Zur Waldlust

Due to I missed my train, I arrived the hotel 4 hours later than my check in time ( 02:30 - 03:00 at night ) but the hotel was completely closed. I couldn't even get in the building. I already tried to reach to hotel via booking at my check in time but they didn't reply. I couldn't reach anybody also when I arrived. So I went to airport to wait my flight without sleeping.
Guess what, they also didn't pay my money back, because it was prepaid and they said this is their right to keep it. So, anyone who is going to stay, great hospitality is welcoming you there. Please don't do the same mistake with me, do not prepay and do not wait any understanding.
Thanks for the worst night of my holiday dear hotel owner.

A nice quiet place with good rooms. It’s also close to a bus stop and an S-Bahn station

Very good and clean place. 12 rooms in a small hotel. Very nice owners! Eight minutes from the central station by S2. Nice beer garten, a quality restaurant. I recommend it.

Simple rooms that were quiet and clean. Some minor maintenance issues show the hotels age, like shower handle falling off the wall because anchors had worn out.

Not finest, but good hotel. Very friendly stuff, also good bar where you can eat in evening.

Cosy hotel rooms on two floors without lift, though very friendly, and affordable.

Very friendly staff, clean, simple breakfast, quiet location, recommend this for relaxing.
