When we arrived immediately we where ignored and left to find somewhere to sit on our own, when the waiter finally came over we ordered our drinks and food and he laughed at us for asking if they had any kind of white rum. When our food arrived we noticed quickly that our steakes where completely raw in the middle. To the point where they where still cold. We weren't asked how we would like our steaks and little care was taken when preparing our food. I wouldnt not recommend this restaurant, the staff are rude and the food is not good.

Left to own devices. Was laughed at when asked what spirits they had. Ordered steak and didn't get asked how I would like it cooked and when came out it was so raw in the middle it was completely cold. Wouldn't give this to a dog. Bad service and bad food!

Best place in Frankfurt. Staff are helpful, culturally, kind. Food is top quality. Everything is best for this place, both for a restaurant and for a hotel. Perfectly clean. A friendly and family atmosphere. All the best praise. We'll be back again.

Messed up on a new level. Won't be recommending to anyone.

Would have been happier at McDonald's

Only thing that was right was the chips

Nice place , far from noise of city.. simple and do not expect a full fledged hotel services.

Cevapi and pljeskavica in Frankfurt... You have to try it. All you can eat at thursday. Recomended!!!
