Great hotel, we red some reviews but didn't recognize these complaints. We stayed for one night as pitstop for our holiday. Room was great, personal friendly, had a small thing (by Booking) with a bed for our child but they solved this very well. Location great, view, within quit neighborhood, parking ok.

The view really is beautiful! Our room was MAGNIFICENT! Especially the shower. Definitely a plant I would return to of I travel through the address.

Nothing was right! We got a different inferior room than booked, no airco or fan, no curtains, a lot of dust in the rooms, dirty rooms, room was extremly hot, you have to unpack the dishwasher yourself, very poor breakfast, and so on. I would advise everyone to skip this hotel and to move to hotel Zum Löwen in Mörfelden-Walldorf.

Very nice hotel with easy parking for the area. Friendly staff, great service and the steaks are my recommendation. Great views from the terrace.

Decided to stay here because of the glowing reviews. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood so that’s great. But I found some cleanliness issues upon entering the room. The desk is sticky probably with wine or soda stains. The hair dryer is kind of gross. Also the bathroom doesn’t smell that good.

Stayed for a week with my family, i’ve only got good things to say about this hotel, it was a lovely stay with friendly staff and very clean rooms! I can’t recommend Sam u0026 Jana enough, they were the most nicest people i have met and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh new sheets! However breakfast was the same every day which was quite disappointing. Other than that it was such a great stay and a very lovely hotel throughout!

Absolute scam

Did not get the room we made a reservation for.
Non-vaccinated people were allowed to stay.

Regarding the rooms:
On the website it shows pictures of just a couple of newly renovated rooms. The rooms we saw weren't even close to wat is portraid on the hotels website:
Made a reservation for a business-class room. On the website it stated to be at least 28m2. We were initially given the key to a room which was barely 3*4m2u003d12m2 big. It was barely decorated, paintings hanging skew and a single window towards a side entrance with barely any light coming in.

As all the rooms which of the type we reserved were booked and already occupied we got the chance to either go to another hotel (as if, after a long drive, in the summers, in the weekend), we got a 3 bed basement room. As one can imagine: not a romantic start for a couples' vacation.

As for the non-vaccinated people:
When going out for a dinner a family of 3 tried to check in. when asked for vaccination proof they could not provide it. We didn't think much of if thinking they would get refused. The next morning we saw them having a nice breakfast in the communal dining room. If a hotel takes their other clients safety this strict: how will it be with other safety measures?
