We booked 7 rooms, and the reaction of the invoice is very fast

One of the guest:
Good, very good. Although our door lock had broken and no one was in a hurry to fix it and we barely could open the door from the bathroom. But there was russian speaking staff.

Another guest:
maybe 4 stars because of lacking of a kettle and a small refrigerator, it's not so convenient.

Noise in the room from other rooms is to big!!!
Wifi is not free!!
Parking is not free!!
Reception is NOT working 24h as it says in Google maps.
Cleanest of the room could be much better. Shower sink was blocked.
Room was cold when we came.
Needed 2h to warm it up.
Highly recommend to skip this hotel!

I had an amazing experience last summer, have booked it again for this September. The only drawback is that they don't pick up the phone lines promptly. But the location , breakfast is just perfect!
So I stayed there again. The stay was perfect. Would like to stay there whenever I visit Frankfurt ! Love the hospitality. Staff is very warm.

This Hotel was supreme.... The staff was very attentive to all your needs at all times.....The rooms were kept clean at all times.....The taxi rate from hotel to airport was very reasonable. The Train or Bus Station was very close for convenience. Would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you so much Hotel Klein.

I decided to stay here at the last minute and did not regret it. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fresh and value for money.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.

First impression. Room is very small for the price. But looks clean and it is only for 3 nights. Found a grocery store close to the train. Bought water as none is provided in the room. Hotel Restaurant is closed on Mondays. But there are a few places close so no problem. Decided to relax and read. Lights in the room are not placed so you can relax and read. No chair to sit in unless you want to sit at the desk. Bed is in a cubby hole and only one pillow so you cannot sit on the bed and read for long without a neck ache. Only one small table light with black shades so you cannot see what you are reading. I can hear my neighbors talking. Going to the bathroom so walls are thin. Glad it is only 3 nights and as I am here for work I am not paying for the room. Ask for an extra pillow and it made the stay more comfortable as I could sit on the bed to read. Last day came back to the room and they only pulled up the duvet did not bother to make the bed. I paid 777.oo euro for this room for 3 nights.
