Impressive, and much better than expected from our experiences with Holiday InnExpress in the USA. My daughter and I were just looking for inexpensive lodging before our flight home after a ten-day German vacation. The room was spotless, bathroom too. Beds were comfortable and the staff was really friendly and helpful. For example, one desk person suggested we walk to downtown Frankfurt instead of driving or taking public transportation. Good tip because it was a beautiful day/evening, not very far (30 minutes), and free. Later, night staff printed out my daughter's homework for her. It was "their pleasure".
Breakfast was above average by German standards, which means it was phenomenal by US standards. There were breakfast meats, eggs, fresh pastries and rolls, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even oat milk for my vegan daughter. Really, what must German visitors think when served a plastic-wrapped donut and weak coffee at even the better US hotels?
I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again. The price was very fair, and the experience most pleasant. One final tip: There was ample street parking available for our car when we stayed. Check for this before paying 15 Euro to park in the hotel's lot.

We stayed here for one night during a recent visit to Frankfurt, the hotel is just outside the city centre, one stop on the train from the main central train station. We found the room to be clean, modern and comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioning unit liked to switch to blow out warm air instead of the required cool. We spoke with reception twice about this and after each time, it did blow cool air for a while. Otherwise the hotel was very comfortable, very friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast, was much appreciated.

Couple as things, a few inconvenient things, and a few okay things.

First, we found another guest’s hair in our towels. Likely, the staff saw the towels were folded and let it go. It was still a bit of a surprise to say the least.

They advertise that they have AC. Technically, they do. But it doesn’t work. All these other comments about the AC are still true as of late May 2022. We brought a fan because of these reviews and we’re glad we did.

Beds weren’t comfortable and the rooms are tiny but it’s probably the best priced place in Frankfurt. It’s also not loud considering it’s by a major train station.

The breakfasts was also fine. The milk and dairy products were barely below room temp so that was less than ideal but no one got sick. The choices are also very typical for this part of Europe. That’s either a good or bad thing depending on your personal preference.

There IS a bar but it wasn’t open when we were there.

Overall, fine enough but by god! bring a fan if you’re here in the summer. And don’t expect a comfortable night.

The building manager was a very nice guy, too. Couldn’t ask for a nicer front desk crew.

We’d go back if we had to stay in Frankfurt again.

Nice and modern hotel, with very good breakfast included in the price of the reservation. The staff was very kind. but without good organization at breakfast especially when it was very busy.
It has parking just outside the hotel which is free and of course the hotel has its own paid parking.
The rooms were very comfortable but a bit small, without missing anything out of space.
Also, look it had no good sound insulation so you could hear a lot of noise mainly from the inside of the building.
Last bat not list hotel is not close to the city center, you have to walk about 1 hour or take one of the public transport.

Decent hotel, which is easy to reach from FRA airport. We stayed there with two kids for one night because of the delayed flight. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The room was small, but clean. The only cons is that the AC unit in the rooms seems to only run air without actually cooling it, which caused some discomfort on a hot day.

Good hotel Rayan at the reception is very helpful and we have a fast and early check-in. Excellent breakfast. the rooms are small but tidy. Our bed is comfy but the sofa for the boys is not. the night we spent the air conditioning is not working and there is no mini bar at the room

My favorite hotel for business trips in Frankfurt. Rooms are clean and well set up. Location might seem a little out of place in an industrial area but it's perfectly safe and quite and this also means it's easy to get there without city traffic but still close enough to the city to get food or find a bar. But above all the staff is super friendly and helpful
