I guess this mostly an airport hotel and convention centre? I was stuck here due to the prevailing airline chaos, and I loved it! The staff are courteous and professional. The basic room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely on-point with no mystery-meat or questionable, pretentious frippery; just lots of great food to choose from. There's a forest across the road to explore and a really good pizza place just a 20 minute walk up the street. I had a really pleasant stay here!

We e had a 4 person room and we had to go buy inflatable mattresses for the kids due to the sleeping sofa was insanely bad with metal bars right on your hip and shoulders. The AC couldn't cool the room with only 25 degrees outside.
Charging cars is 230v and just an outlet in a lamp.
The receptionists were GREAT and had good humor. They decerved a more updated hotel as the service was the best.

We had a stay here after a cancelled flight and it was great. The check in team was very welcoming and professional. After a goodnight sleep in a massive king bed we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before heading back to the airport.

I agree with some of the other reviews about possible differential racial treatment. I had to stay here because Lufthansa is having a lot of flight issues. The older gentleman at the front desk seemed to treat me much differently than the Caucasian guests before me. He was extremely bothered by me asking basic questions such as when breakfast was. Other people at the front desk that I interacted with were normal and pleasant.

The rooms are decent. A/C barely works, take that into consideration. Also, shower head was a bit temperamental, seems like mineral deposits sealed it shut due to lack of cleaning. Was able to get it to work after some pulling.

Breakfast was good, although it gave me a bit of a stomach ache later.

If you ever have layover, you will surely end up here. It’s ok. Food is a bit disappointing (buffet) but let’s be honest. It’s a hotel you stay for one night mostly and the airline will not pay for a 3 Michelin star dinner. Rooms are good and mostly new.

It's okay as an emergency layover hotel when your airline connection is delayed and they have to rebook you, but you can see clear stains on the carpet, and the room has a smoke smell in it. The air conditioning during the summer is also not particularly strong.

Absolutely horrible !!!!!!! buffet dinner food! Here were the options: too salty soup; overcooked disgusting pasta; tasteless wattery strange vegetables, veird looking curry something etc. Never thought that food could be cooked in such a disasterous way! The other hotel brands in Germany had a decent food so I was surprised how horrible food was here. The only compensation for the bad air conditioning system was a small balcony. Used a fresh air from the balcony instead of the pointless air conditioner. Overall clean looking space, but found a hair near my expresso coffee machine!!! Anxious to see the breakfast...
