Its like a 0 star hotel pretending to be 4 stars. Bad beds and pillows, bad breakfast.

Reminds me of like a bollywood dream hotell.

Aircondition did nothing and we slept in sweat. Then to shower in the cheapest and worst shower i’ve used in a hotel.

The location of the hotel is near to the commercial center and it has good a beautiful modern looking lobby. But the rooms are a clear contrast, with dirty furnishings. My room was specially bad with uneven flooring. The phone in my room was broken. Not that I needed it, but when I reported it to front desk, I received an arrogant question, "Did you break it ?" Half amused I answered in negative, only to hear back a curt, "Then how did it break?", I guess that sealed the deal for me. Another interesting incident was that the housekeeping staff was pretty curious about my place of origin and upon hearing the answer, his behavior changed completely. This gave me some clues on why the reception clerk was behaving strangely. I did not switch as I had a non cancellable booking. But, I would not be inclined to make another booking here for obvious reasons.

no air conditioning, the room cooling cold by air fan and mobile air conditioner an i have to call theme eve 3 hours to change the ice to cool the water to cool the air , it hot in her we can’t sleep.

The hotel is not air conditioned and their was constriction all around it, the view was the garbage place
Although the workers were very friendly and helpfull

The air con wasn't working. Was asked to park a new car next to a rubbish skip. There was a spring coming through one of the mattresses. Toilet lid seat was broken.

Horrible breakfast, really hot carpetted rooms and gym is closed too. Charging 4 star rates for 1 star service.
No brown bread option, only scrambled eggs, no other option, most of the buffet trays were empty. The breakfast is between 6-10 and this is the situation at 8.30 am.There are much cheaper hotels in the vicinity where i stayed with better breakfast n same location options in covid, especially if gyms are closed.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and the bathroom is up to specs too.
