Home made food. I can recommend Höchster Schweinbraten, which is a pig roast filled with the herbs used in the Frankfurt evergreen Grüne Sosse, which is a nice but unintentional nod to cima genovese. The limited menu is a boon as it is the stated opinion of the cook to only make what he can manage to do on premises and do that right, and that is showing and a enjoyable difference to the competing restaurants at Schlossplatz. Hearing the Schnitzel being pounded in the kitchen is a lovely emphasis. Service was so far to the point, and I do not expect a change.
