Don't ever go there.! Absolutely frivolous and untrustworthy place. They will give you wrong information, will not take responsibility and will take your money anyway.
I asked for a meeting so that they could explain everything to me (that's why - as a foreign citizen, I asked for a meeting with the worker in order to get accurate information - I didn't want to misunderstand what was written in German.), we talked a long time and I confirmed that I only wanted to pay and train for one month. The worker said it is ok. When next time I want to pay for one month again , then I can train this month. When I don't pay for one month, I can't go that month. That was what I agreed on and what I wanted. They even calculated how much I should pay.(Registration fee + subscription for the current month)
When I signed everything and paid - I couldn't enter the fitness center - BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE PAYED 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! Of course I don't want to pay in advance for 6 months! Nobody mentioned that. If someone had mentioned it, I wouldn't have signed the contract.
You took my money and additionally for the notice period - and I never ever practiced with you. Phew.
That is the truth!
We can prove it legally. I know exactly which fitness workers made it all.
I complained both- in the studio and on the phone - and you just don't care- I have never seen such disinterest.
