Exenberger offers extremely friendly service (staff) and super fair prices in a surprisingly modern and clean environment. Lots of pillows and cushions around, which made it even easier to relax.

The daily changing food menu seemed great and offered lots of extra choices, though we went there mostly for drinks. The beer and wine selection is very thoughtful and tasty, though beer choices are sparse. Not the place to go for Apfelwein, but no surprise given the competition nearby. Flexible card payment is offered (not sure about minimum spend), vaccine records were checked, though not scanned.

Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The Cordon Bleu was delicious, as was the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Definitely recommend this as a nice dinner spot.

Cute family owned restaurant. Service was great, food was great, no complaints.

Staff certainly is super kind, so for this I leave three stars. However, I've read many reviews that food was fresh, but I cannot bring myself to agree on that. My meal was certainly microwaved, and I can assert so because pretty much everything had the same temperature, and the plate had those vapor drops that happen when you reheat stuff. Meat wasn't juicy as it should, it was dry. I was disappointed.

Good restaurant to eat traditional German food. Unfortunately we arrived late and most of dishes were no longer available (which is a sign that everything is fresh and prepared on demand). Good Apfelwein and lentilsoup

Amazing food and apple wine with an extraordinary attendance! You got try it. And not very expensive! Love it!
