The rooms were conveniently set up. There was a nice desk and good plugs next to it. There were also plugs next to the bed for charging devices. The room was obviously recently renovated. The bathroom looked a little older. The only issue was the tap in the bathroom: when you open it, it goes pretty strong and splashes everything! (We had a couple of accidents). Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out processes were smooth.

Great location, very quiet but still near the interstate, situated 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from downtown in a safe, walkable residential/commercial area. Excellent value. Super clean, efficient double room, friendly reception, great comprehensive workout area. Again very pleased with the location and value.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Dinner and breakfast was amazing lots of choice of both cold and hot food. Bedrooms were lovely and clean and the beds were just so comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is a 20 minute tram ride into the city centre. The tram station is situated just a short 2 minute walk from the hotel. So perfect for a bit of sightseeing around Frankfurt.

After visiting the city of Frankfurt we came back to the hotel and had a couple of red wines. The waiter who served us was so friendly and couldn't help us enough. Whilst we were drinking our wine the waiter came over and as there was a little under a glass of wine left in the bottle he topped our wines up for free. It was really thoughtful and kind and we just felt that we were given the 5 star treatment.

The staff in general just can't do enough for you and there is just such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere within the hotel. I cannot recommend the Crowne Plaza Frankfurt enough! Absolutely fabulous and I hope we will be able to visit again soon! ????

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for 3 nights for the weekend. The check in process took quite some time as we had arrived 10 minutes before the official check in time and were told to wait for an additional 10 minutes. I have mixed feelings about the efficiency of the staff as I believe it is not consistent. I do recall a positive experience from calling the reception who sent someone right away to fix our TV. The hotel facilities are more than decent. There is an indoor pool, a small gym and a sauna that we could not access unfortunately. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is heated and there is a fridge at your disposal. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast options.

Great location, just outside the city centre. Parking available. Tram stop is just 100 meters away. The room was nice, good beds. The hotel has a gym, pool and sauna although sauna is closed till October. Breakfast was great and lots to choose!

Lovely hotel with pool, gym and sauna. The staff very friendly and professional even when under pressure. Delicious, fresh, hot breakfast. Located outside the city centre but the tram stop was just outside the hotel and it took just a short ride to get wherever we wanted.

Comfortable, clean, modern, great water pressure, great balcony view from my side, excellent breakfast variety, superb (and really over the top) service at the bar. A great walk to the River (u0026 I walked to downtown - though it’s not for everyone.) So much going on in Frankfurt during the summer weekends. Well kept were the pool, and dry u0026 wet sauna (nice and hot) with plenty of clean towels, water, bathrobes, etc. Restaurants area in the area, but the hotel meals were great. (Still to try Rick Steve’s restaurant recommendations in town.) 1st Time in Germany.
Also wanted to add a shout out to the talents of Simon the bartender! He spoke many languages, was very personable, humous, and knows he his job well including both drinks and people!
